Preparation Instructions:
To prepare this wonderful and delicious recipe, you will first need to thoroughly wash and rinse your cauliflower under cool running tap water. Next take out a large cooking pot, fill it with water, then place it on the stove over medium high heat. Once the water begins to boil, add in the cauliflower. You will want to cook the cauliflower for roughly ten minutes, though do keep a close eye on it, as you do not want it to get soft and mushy. While your veggies are boiling, take out a small cooking skillet, and add in the olive oil, lime juice, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir these ingredients together while they are heating, and then remove the skillet when the olive oil starts to get hot. By now your cauliflower should be cooked, so drain out all of the water from the pot, and serve it hot. Once served drizzle the hot olive oil lime juice mixture over it.
