I would like to thank Simon from Los Angeles California for sending me this awesome boiled kale recipe. To get started, please take out a large boiling pot, and then fill it with tap water. Bring the water to a rolling boil, then add in your clean and rinsed garden fresh kale. You can boil the kale either whole or chopped, I prefer chopped as it's quicker. Boil the vegetables for roughly five to ten minutes, or until they reach a desired doneness. Once cooked, drain away all the water from the kale, then place it into a large salad bowl. You will then want to drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over the veggies, then sprinkle on the kosher salt and coarse ground garlic. Place a lid over the salad bowl, then lightly toss it. Your boiled kale is now ready to serve, we hope you have enjoyed this recipe. Don't forget to browse around our website for other delicious and healthy vegetable recipes.
