6 Medium Size Peeled Kohlrabi
3 Small Fresh Peeled Carrots
1/2 Cup Of Gulfi Brand Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Of Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Of Don Bruno Sherry Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Of White Pure Cane Sugar
1 Tablespoon Of Capers
1/2 Teaspoon Of Organic Dried Thyme
1/2 Teaspoon Of Kosher Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Of Ground Black Pepper

Preparation Instructions:
To start off this delicious and healthy recipe, you will first need to thoroughly wash and rinse your Kohlrabi and carrots under cool running tap water. Next take out a sharp serrated kitchen knife, and delicately chop your veggies up into matchstick shaped pieces. Moving forward, next take out a boiling pot and fill it with water, then place it over medium high heat. Once your water is boiling, add in the chopped kohlrabi and carrots, and then let them cook for roughly two to three minutes. Once you're done, drain out all of the water, and then place your cooked veggies into a salad bowl. Next add into the bowl the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, sherry vinegar, white sugar, capers, dried thyme, salt, and ground black pepper.
